Over the past couple of years, I've been taking care of my grandmother with dementia, and never ever has it been more obvious to take care of my own brain! Granted, she is in her late 80s, so she made it a good, long time, but to see the quick progression was alarming and something I want to try and prevent (if I can). I'm sure you feel the same way.
