March 2023 is the month of free workouts and coaching in creating a sustainable, healthy routine that you can take into the rest of the year and build on. I am included daily no-equipment workouts, morning sun salutations (yoga), evening moon salutations (also yoga), and everything I know about building solid routines and sticking to them. I'm also throwing in some family friendly recipes and meal prep tips. For everyone joining, take the time up until we start (March 6th) to come up with a list of tasks that you really need to get in the habit of doing, as well as a list of things that you'd like to stop doing. You can join the bootcamp for the workouts, for the yoga, for the coaching, for the tricks, or for all of it.... as always, take what works for you and leave the rest.
