Welcome to Workout Club! Workout Club is a home based fitness program that uses your own bodyweight to make sure that busy women get their strength training done in an efficient way. We use zero equipment and all workouts are full videos that you can follow along with in your own time. Your workouts consist of many different styles, including kickboxing, pilates, yoga, barre, bootcamp and HIIT. The variety ensures that you are always challenged. Workout Club is ideal for beginners and people who have not exercised in a while. Workout Club also offers accountability! Emily can see if you've answered your accountability questions each day and completed your workouts, which adds an extra layer of motivation to the program. We know that lack of accountability is THE main reason that many workout programs fail! You will receive 20 home workout videos to complete each weekday (you can modify your schedule if you'd rather have different rest days). Each workout is 30 minutes or less Please make sure that you consult with your physician before starting this or any other exercise program. If you have any chronic injuries and/or would like modifications for exercises that involve shoulder, wrists, knees, ankles, etc, you can email Emily and she will incorporate the modifications into the workouts.
